Windows Server 2016 – Create a Network Loading Balancing Cluster

Open Network Load Balancing Manager, click Cluster on the menu and click New.

Enter the server name for the first host, click Connect. All NICs interfaces will appear. Select the NIC you want to use. The NIC should have a static IP address  Click Next.

Select the priority. It should be unique for each host. Click Next.

Add a new IP address by clicking Add. Choose a new IP address for the cluster, click OK and then Next.

Specify Full Internet Name. Change the Cluster Operation mode if you need to do that and then click Next.

If you want to edit or add new port rules, you can do that here. I accept the default settings and I click Finish, <span>Windows Server 2016 – Create a Network Loading Balancing Cluster</span>, KandZ.

Now you can see the new cluster

To add a new host select the cluster, click Cluster on the menu bar and Add Host.

For every host, you add you only need to configure the first 3 steps from above.
